Chicken Macaroni Soup


It’s winter time. This hot soup is suitable for this season.

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 tablespoon butter

5 cloves garlic, crushed

2 medium onions, chopped

1/2 kilogram chicken, cut up

1 tablespoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 chicken cubes

8 glasses water

1/2 kilogram macaroni

1 cup milk

 

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Saute’ onions & garlic in hot oil & butter.

2.  Add chicken.

3.  Stir fry until chicken turns white.

4.  Season with salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, & chicken cubes.

5.  Pour water. Simmer & cover for 30 minutes.

6.  Add macaroni. Cook until macaroni becomes tender.

7.  Stir in milk.

8.  Serve hot. Garnish with boiled egg & chopped chilies.
