INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 medium onions, chopped
100 grams spinach
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 chopped red dried chilies
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
2 cups chickpea tofu
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oil.
- Fry garlic.
- Add onions.
- Stir fry with spinach.
- Season with salt, chilies, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce.
- Add chickpea tofu.
- Serve hot.
