Chickpea Tofu Spinach


This is a healthy dry dish, quick and easy to cook…

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

2 medium onions, chopped

100 grams spinach

1/2 teaspoon salt

5 chopped red dried chilies

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce

2 cups chickpea tofu

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oil.
  2. Fry garlic.
  3. Add onions.
  4. Stir fry with spinach.
  5. Season with salt, chilies, soy sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  6. Add chickpea tofu.
  7. Serve hot.
