SHAKSHUKA (ARABIAN EGG OMELET)


"SHAKSHUKA"

I love Middle Eastern food. It’s so delicate and exotic. Our Arabian neighbors used to send us food on different occasions. This dish is one of my favorite things abroad…

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Servings: 5

Ingredients: 

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in hot oil until transparent.
  2. Add tomatoes and capsicum. Stir fry until tomatoes are mushy.
  3. Stir in beaten eggs. Season with salt, MSG and black pepper.
  4. Continue stirring until eggs are done.
