 Cook time: 50 minutes






  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a pan. Simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  2. Stir fry vegetables in hot oil for 1 minute. Season with vinegar and soy sauce. Saute until vinegar and soy sauce absorbed into the vegetables.
  3. Add chicken and broth to the vegetables. Simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are done.
  4. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
