FRUIT YOGURT DRINK


It is a very refreshing and nutritious drink which soothes your  feelings from hot weather…

INGREDIENTS:

500 ml. water

500 ml. yogurt

5 tbsp. sugar

3 tbsp. orange powder

ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few seconds.

2.  Serve immediately.

VARIATION:  Other flavors like mango, lemon, pineapple, etc. may be used in this recipe. I use Tang orange powder. It is a beverage mix fortified with selected vitamins. You can try other brands and flavors as well.
